Tracy
is studying petroleum engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. Her
first tablet was an Acer C110, then switched to an Acer C302XCi November of
2004, and then moved to a Toshiba M200 August of 2005. In 2004 she was named an
Agilix All-Star for community support and founded the Student Tablet PC December
of that year. In January 2006, Tracy was named a Microsoft MVP for the Tablet PC platform.
She's worked as an undergraduate researcher in hypervelocity physics her
freshman year, and as an intern with ChevronTexaco Summer 2005 and Summer 2006.
She participates in the Engineering Honors Program, Society of Petroleum
Engineers, American Association of Drilling Engineers, Society of Women
Engineers and plans on graduating 2008 with a BS in petroleum engineering and a
business foundations degree.
When not busy with school, Tracy enjoys running, card games, reading, and
spending time with family and friends.
Trevor Claiborne, Author

Trevor
Claiborne is a fourth year Psychology and Linguistics double major at the
University of California, Berkeley, graduating May 2006. Trevor is also a
Microsoft MVP for the Tablet PC platform. Trevor has worked in a variety of
roles including a small mobile marketing firm, www.ipsh.net, and as a Product
Planner for Microsoft CRM. Trevor is currently the president of the Computer
Science and Business Association and a founding member/Executive Director of the
Berkeley Entrepreneurship and Technology Association. After college, Trevor
hopes to follow the entrepreneurial spirit and start his own business though he
will likely pursue marketing in the short term. When he’s not busy with school,
Trevor enjoys listening to music, cooking, and playing tennis.
Trevor’s first tablet was a Motion Computing M1200. He has since upgraded to a
shiny new fully-loaded M1400VA. He now owns a Motion Computing LE1600 and a
Gateway M280.

Andrew Ferguson, Author

Andrew
Ferguson attends the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado, studying
Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Systems, and Applied Computer
Sciences.
Having used a laptop all through high school, Andrew was very excited to be able
to use a tablet for college. He hasn't looked back since. His first tablet was
an Averatec C3500. However, after serious issues with overheating, he quickly
switched to a Toshiba M200.
Andrew is the Chief Engineer for Mines Internet Radio. He was a System
Information Services intern at Nordstrom in the Summer of 2005 and will be
interning with The Boeing Company for the 2006 Summer.
Andrew is hoping to graduate by 2010 with a BS Engineering-Specialty
Electronics, MS Engineering Systems-Specialty Electronics, and a Minor in
Applied Computer Sciences.
