RememberTheMilk is another site that I use to keep up with school. Despite its rather odd name, RememberTheMilk is a great implementation of a to-do list that’s online. What’s so great about it? you ask. Let me tell you what I like about it.
Adding tasks is easy and you can file them under different sections. So I have a section for homework, a section for my work, a section for personal things, etc. What’s more is how easy it is to add a task. Thanks to the use of keyboard shortcuts, just press “t” (for “tasks”) and a new task field appears.
Tasks can be tagged, given due dates, given repeats, given time estimates, assigned a level of priority, and even postponed (not that you would postpone homework).
RememberTheMilk also has some powerful features when it comes to reminding you of your task. Besides setting when you are reminded, you can set how you are reminded: email, AIM, MSN, Jabber, GoogleTalk, ICQ, Yahoo!, and even via your mobile phone (if it supports text messaging).
Have another application you want to integrate your tasks with? No problem, RememberTheMilk supports authenticated WebCal and RSS feeds, the latter served over a HTTPS connection. You can also choose to make certain lists public.
The last thing that makes RememberTheMilk even more notable (especially among web applications) is that it features an undo function. So if you accidentally delete a task, not an issue; just click “Undo.”

Yes. You’ll need to download Remote Calendar .COM Add-in for Outlook 2003(https://sourceforge.net/projects/remotecalendars/).
