Tired of Customer Service, Get Human!

If you are like me (it’s possible) you call customer support only when you haven’t found an answer elsewhere. So sitting on the phone listening to it tell you how you can find answers on the website or talking to a computer for 3 minutes is big damn waste of your time. Since my only phone in my life is my cell phone, which I imagine is true for many of our readers, going through five menus and being placed on hold is not just a waste of time but a waste of money too.

Enter gethuman.com

They have a database of how to bypass many big companies’ phone systems to get you to a real live person who can help you with your problem.

They also provide tips for dealing with automated systems in general to get the human you want. Check it out!
